Exchange & Return Policy

At StylaLuxe, we value your satisfaction and want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer easy return and exchange options as per the policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, unsoiled, without stains, and must  have all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability of size/style.
  • If the desired product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered

2. Process for Return/Exchange

  1. Raise a return/exchange request by emailing us at support@stylaluxe.in or contacting us via phone/WhatsApp at 9067776673.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for return/exchange.
  3. Once your request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup from your shipping
    address within 48 hours.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed in the form of store credit or the original mode of payment  (as per your selection).
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take 10–12 business days after quality check.

4. Defective or Wrong Product

  • In the unlikely event you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange a
    free replacement or provide a full refund.
